REFUND POLICY Buyer Protection Policy

A full refund will be issued if you paid for transportation insurance and you don’t receive your order. A full or partial refund will be issued for a brand new unused, returned item if the item is not as describe physically on our website. The following situations are not included: (1) The customer believes an item is not as generally described but, the seller can prove that it is and (2) Items are as described but, you no longer want the item. If you do not receive our order within 45 days, feel free to contact our dedicated support team. Transit times do not reflect severe weather conditions or other influences while in transit. 

This site uses PayPal in order for you to send funds securely in a few clicks, using an option for specifying your bank details. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can make your payment. Once your payment has been successfully completed and confirmed by PayPal, delivery of the ordered products will be initiated. Using the PayPal service you may be directly by with s specified and valid credit card. Your credit card data will be transferred securely with TLS encryption method. When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) to resolve any issue. The following situations are not considered for return/ credit: any worn items; any item that the buyer claims is not as described but the seller can prove that it is; items are as described but the buyer no longer wants or needs the product. Buyer has 15 days after the order has been completed to a full or partial refund for your purchase from us for any unused items and still in original packaging; less shipping and handling costs (if any) IF ITEM WAS NOT AS GENERALLY DESCRIBED. Buyer is responsible for proper, secure packaging, insurance, and shipping costs for all returned items on agreed shipping method. Also include your detailed purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in brand new (not worn) merchantable condition. Any returned must be authorized in advance or they will be returned at buyer's expense. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), just email our support with your purchase receipt. Please contact us first in the event of an issue and allow us 24 - 72 hours to respond. Title to Returned Physical Products We do not take title to a returned physical product until we receive it. In very limited circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a full or partial refund without the return of a physical product you purchased from us. If we issue such a refund without a product return, we do not take title to the product. See our website’s Refunds and Returns Policy for more details. Shipment and Risk of Loss When you buy a physical product from our website, the purchase is made per a shipment contract. Whether we ship the product directly to you, or it is shipped to you by a third party (e.g. a drop shipper), the risk of loss and title for each product purchased from us passes to you once it has been delivered to the carrier (e.g. U.S. Postal Service, U.P.S., FedEx etc.). We are not responsible for items lost during transit. Policy: Please note that you will lose access to your Human Jewel /Magic Platform portal, and all the websites in the case of a refund or cancellation.
